Faronne House Blend, 2oz - RESTOCK FEB 20TH -
BLEND

Black tea (Ceylon), hibiscus flowers, blood orange peel, rose hips, natural orange & hibiscus flavors

ABOUT

Born where Kenya's crimson highlands spiritually meets the cobalt depths of House Kuthliele's domain, this blend carries the fierce spirit of two worlds.

Premium Ceylon black tea forms the backbone—bold and unyielding—while hibiscus flowers and blood orange peel dance through like vermillion banners in storm wind. Rose hips add depth and a whisper of sweetness, balancing tart citrus against dark, brooding cocoa notes.

The liquor blooms garnet-red in your cup, the exact shade of Faronne silk after battle. Each sip reveals layers: the brightness of Limuru's red earth, the depth of ancestral seas, a hint of floral defiance, and the rich finish of chocolate and raisin that lingers like a promise kept. This is not a gentle tea—it commands attention, rewards patience, and refuses to be ignored.

Versatile enough for diplomatic gatherings or midnight strategy sessions, Faronne's House blend adapts to your needs: bold when brewed hot and decisive, refreshingly relentless when served cold.

Flavor Profile*: Dark chocolate, blood orange, tart berry, subtle florals, smooth Ceylon depth

"From the red earth to the endless sea—strength in every steep."

*Blend approved by Lord Emma, former General Manager for Teavana.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Hot Brew (Traditional):

  • Water temperature: 200-205°F (just off boiling—this blend has fire, but too much heat brings bitterness)
  • Steep time: 3-4 minutes for balanced strength
  • Note: The hibiscus mellows the black tea's natural astringency. Sweetener optional but recommended—honey enhances the orange, sugar brightens the citrus.

Cold Brew (Warrior's Patience):

  • 1.5 tablespoons per 8 oz cold water
  • Steep 8-12 hours refrigerated
  • Produces a smooth, layered infusion with minimal tartness and maximum fruit complexity
